Steve Wilder
Vice President, Risk Management - The Walt Disney Company

Steve Wilder is the Vice President-Risk Management for The Walt Disney Company. His department is responsible for directing Disney's worldwide corporate Risk Management program. Before joining The Walt Disney Company, he was Risk Manager from 1982 to 1987 for Whittaker Corporation, a diversified manufacturer with operations in chemicals, marine products, technology, metals and health care. Earlier in his career, Steve also worked in the insurance brokerage industry.

He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed UCLA's Executive Management Program. In addition, he has an Associate in Risk Management Designation and a Masters in Risk Management from Florida State University.

He was named Business Insurance's Risk Manager of the Year in 1990 and is a former National President of the Risk Insurance Management Society ("RIMS"). In 2004 he was named one of the "100 Most Influential People in Finance" by Treasury and Risk Management magazine. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of USC Verdugo Hills Hospital and is Treasurer of The Foundation Board of Glendale Community College. In 2010 Steve was awarded RIMS' top honor, The Goodell Award for his lifetime achievements in Risk Management.



Steve Robles
Assistant Chief Executive Officer - County of Los Angeles Risk Management

Mr. Robles is County of Los Angeles' Assistant Chief Executive Officer for Risk Management overseeing risk for a $27 billion budget and over 100,000 employees. Previously, he was the Director of Risk Management for the County of San Bernardino where he spent 21 years creating and supervising all Risk operations. He has served as an officer of the Public Agency Risk Management Association, training advisory Boards with the Commission on Police Officer Standards and Training and most recently participated with the Department of Justice on 21st Century Policing. Mr. Robles holds a Bachelor's Degree, is a Certified Safety Professional, and holds several Risk Management designations.


Drue Rutledge
Director of Risk Management - The Wonderful Company LLC

Drue Rutledge is the Director of Risk Management for The Wonderful Company, a $4 billion international company focused on healthy brands for healthy lifestyles. The Wonderful Company's diverse holdings make it the world's largest grower of tree crops, America's largest citrus grower, and the world's largest flower delivery service. As the Director of Risk Management for The Wonderful Company, Drue is responsible for the management of the Risk Department as it oversees Risk for all business units including: Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, Wonderful Orchards, Wonderful Citrus, POM Wonderful, FIJI Water, Teleflora, JUSTIN Wines, Wonderful Real Estate, Suterra, Neptune Marine, and many others. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Drue is also responsible for the risk management programs of various non-profit ventures including charter schools and medical clinics, as well as the personal insurance programs of the owners and family members.

Prior to his time at The Wonderful Company, Drue worked at Lockton managing the international insurance programs of Fortune 500 clients, and as the Senior Risk Analyst at Seaboard Corporation assisting with the management of the global insurance program and on projects throughout Africa, the Caribbean and South America.
