Job Description
Operations Analyst must support the Risk and Operations Departments in order to analyze and identify programs, projects and procedures for reducing risk and operating costs. Operations Analyst must represent a good role model by demonstrating honesty, moral integrity, and ethical conduct. In addition, Operations Analyst must ensure effective management of risks and implementation of industry best practices by collaborating with internal departments, including maintenance, legal, HR, operations, accounting and finance.

Job Responsibilities:

Operations Analyst is responsible for the following:

  1. Assist with incident investigation, documentation and loss recovery as needed.
  2. Assist with the internal insurance administration, reporting and record keeping.
  3. Assist with workers' compensation claim administration, reporting and compliance.
  4. Attend Safety Committee and Monthly Maintenance meetings, prepare the monthly safety memo and bi-annual Safety & Awareness newsletter.
  5. Manage NALS Resident Relations and assist with other formal and information complaints as needed.
  6. Manage animal-related Request for Accommodations.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
He/She must have the ability to operate independently and follow general guidelines. Key traits for the individual in this position are: detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communications, team player, and excellent project management skills.

  • Four year degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Math, Economics, Law, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical and financial analysis.


Additional information
Salary and Employment; Full-Time

$45,000 to $50,000 per year
Company benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K with employer match and others.
