Job Description:

Fox Entertainment Group, LLC is currently recruiting a Risk Analyst, Risk Management to support the department and Company with the varying risks and insurance programs as well as interfacing with both the internal and external risk partners. This position reports to the V.P., Risk Management and will be located in Century City, California.

Job Responsibilities:

• Issue certificates of insurance upon request and collaborate with insurance brokers and underwriters on special wording and endorsements.
• Review and track incoming certificates of insurance for comparison against the Company's insurance requirements and provide guidance to the divisions while assessing the risk.
• Assist in the implementation of the new Risk Management Information System.
• Ongoing management of the new Risk Management Information System and its processes, data integrity, and reporting functionality.
• Run monthly and quarterly risk reports using the Risk Management Information System.
• Gather, analyze and prepare exposure data for new and renewal insurance programs for corporate property and casualty insurance.
• Assist V.P. with insurance budget and corporate premium allocations.
• Assist V.P. with the workers' compensation audit.
• Review insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy.
• Consult with and provide guidance to company divisions regarding insurance and risk management related issues.
• Issue and maintain company bonds.
• Review and submit insurance invoices for payment.
• Assist V.P. and Directors with special projects and/or reports.
  •Administrative support, including but not limited to telephones, filing and data entry.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years risk management and/or insurance experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong information technology skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Possess strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all communications.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service ethics and professional demeanor.

• CIC, ARM, CRM or other similar industry designation.
• Risk Management Information Systems and/or Salesforce.
• Finance, Legal or Media/Entertainment experience.
