Bill Blake
SVP, Southwest Executive - Zurich

William "Bill" Blake is the Southwest Executive, SVP, for Zurich in North America. Mr. Blake is responsible for the business that Zurich transacts in Southern CA, Southern NV, AZ, CO, UT, NM and WY. Prior to taking on this position in 2007, Mr. Blake was on the home office executive team for the Commercial Markets business unit.

Mr. Blake served as Regional Vice President for Zurich North America Construction Business Unit's Southwest and Northwest regions. In that role, Mr. Blake was responsible for providing leadership and direction to the regional team in the development and execution of regional strategy and achievement of the region's profitability, production, people and service goals for all lines of business.

Mr. Blake joined Zurich in 1997 in the Construction Business Unit, and has held several positions of increasing responsibility, including account executive and regional executive for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. In 1999, he assumed the position of Casualty vice president for the Northwest and eventually served as the Regional Executive for the West for the Construction Business Unit.

Prior to joining Zurich, Mr. Blake served as assistant vice president at General Star Management Company. He also held various underwriting positions handling general liability, contractors' pollution liability and miscellaneous professional liability. Before that, he was a senior underwriter at the Hartford Insurance Group.



Troy Mette
Managing Director, Southern California - AIG

Troy Mette is the Managing Director for Southern California at AIG. Troy joined AIG in 1998 as the Director of Sales for AIG's direct to consumer auto business. While at AIG Direct, Troy advanced his career to manage national sales as well as all of Arizona's direct to consumer operations.

Troy joined the Commercial business in 2004 as Vice-President of Underwriting and Distribution leading the West and Southwest Operations. While in Arizona he held two other positions, Managing Director of the Arizona Territory and West Region Consumer Executive. In 2012 Troy moved to Los Angeles to lead the Major Accounts Team for the Southwest. In 2014, he moved into his current role as Managing Director leading Property and Casualty for Southern California.

During his tenure at AIG, Troy has worked across all market segments and products. In each of his roles he has delivered profitable growth while delivering exceptional customer service to both brokers and clients.
Prior to AIG, Troy worked for General Electric, California Casualty, and Sentry Insurance. He held positions in Management, Production, and Claims.

Troy earned an MBA from The University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University. Troy has two children and resides in Manhattan Beach, CA with his wife Dena.



Andrea Pearson
SVP and Regional Executive - ACE

Andrea Pearson
Senior Vice President & Regional Executive Officer, Western Region
ACE USA

Ms. Pearson serves as Senior Vice President and Regional Executive Officer for ACE USA's Western Region, which comprises Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii and Colorado. Based in Los Angeles, Ms. Pearson is responsible for setting and driving the overall strategic direction for the region. She also supervises the regional production plan, distribution, product sales and marketing, producer management, staff management and overall operations.

Ms. Pearson has more than 25 years of experience in risk management, insurance brokerage, insurance operations and strategic business leadership. She most recently served as an ACE Global Client Executive, where she worked closely with a select group of ACE's global clients to identify their needs and coordinate with ACE's global network to deliver tailored solutions.

Prior to joining ACE USA, she served as Managing Director of Aon's Account Executive Practice in Los Angeles. She also spent 15 years with General Electric in a variety of leadership roles, including serving as GE's Global Risk Manager, leading GE Employers' Reinsurance Corporation's Global Claims organization, and serving as the National Commercial Leader for GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services. She began her career with Sedgwick in San Francisco.

Ms. Pearson earned a bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia.
